Jessica James serves as the Sales & Operations Assistant and Dermatology Account Representative for Edwards Apparel & More, supporting the Coolibar family of brands while specializing in relationships with dermatology practices, medical professionals, and healthcare organizations nationwide. She is dedicated to making it easy for physicians and their teams to incorporate physician-recommended UPF 50+ apparel into patient education, in-office retail programs, and sun safety initiatives.
Jessica manages inquiries from medical practices across the country, assists with onboarding new healthcare accounts, and provides the resources physicians and their staff need to confidently recommend or retail Coolibar products. She also helps practices navigate Coolibar's wholesale and affiliate programs, ensuring each office receives the tools, education, and personalized support needed to best serve their patients.
Working alongside Stacy Edwards, Jessica plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of Edwards Apparel & More by coordinating account setup, assisting customers with product information, providing educational materials, locating local retail partners, and supporting wholesale accounts throughout the sales process. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service have made her a trusted resource for medical professionals and retail partners alike.
